Vernon ROCKS is excited to partner with Rockville Pharmacy to distribute prescription drug disposal bags, courtesy of Vernon ROCKS, FREE to community members when they pick up their prescriptions.
Each disposal bag will deactivate up to 45 pills or 6 oz liquid or 6 patches.
The instructions are easy!
- Simply place unused/unwanted or expired medications in pouch
- Fill halfway with warm tap water and wait 30 seconds
- Seal the bag tightly and dispose the bag in your regular trash!
